- Managing the executive’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf
- Scheduling of meetings/appointments
- Creating systems and procedures for the Agent's activities
- Providing high-level, confidential support to the Agent
- Managing content creation for social media channels and analytics, CRM systems as needed
- Managing pre and post-event logistics including travel, and product sales at engagements
- Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
- Facilitating and following up on sales and appointments
- Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
- Travel and event arrangements for Agent
- Personal duties for Agent as assigned
- Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
- Minimum 2 years administrative support
- Able to travel to all parts of the US and/or International
